Harley makes the list purely on spunk. She’s not the hottest babe and certainly not the most powerful. Heck, she doesn’t even fluster the Dark Knight. Instead, she torments the one man no one else would ever have the stones to mess with. Her man is the Joker, the crazed Clown Prince of Crime. Not even Batman gets Joker as flustered. He’s wrapped around her finger.
#9 Viper

Greatest Moment: Forced Wolverine to marry her to fortify her place in Madripoor criminal circle.
Viper, or Madame Hydra, is as cold-hearted as they come. She’s made enemies with numerous heroes in the Marvel Universe, including Captain America. She carries herself with an unhealthy cockiness and uses her curvaceous assets to bewilder even the staunchest hero. Like many vixens, Viper is also a hedonist. She not only married Wolverine, but forced him into a horizontal handshake.
#8 Typhoid Mary

Greatest Moment: Made Matt Murdock fall in love with her, then set him on fire.
Typhoid Mary is one crazy-ass woman. Suffering from a multiple-personality disorder, Mary has been one of Daredevil’s most twisted love interests. In a cosmic chuckle, the powers that be had Matt Murdock fall for Mary’s timid persona, while his alter-ego Daredevil fell for her more “adventurous” persona. As with most women Murdock falls for, Mary is a pawn for the Kingpin, which means nothing but trouble for the super-hero lawyer.

Though some have tried in recent years to cast Ivy as a hero, deep down she’s one of the darkest vixens in comics. Gifted with an immunity to poisons and pheromones that can seduce any man of woman, Ivy has an incredibly dangerous gift for manipulation. Men want her for her beauty and find themselves unable to disobey even her most absurd of commands. She treats men like play toys. That’s hot.
#6 White Queen

Greatest Moment: Convincing Cyclops he loves her instead of the memory of Jean Grey.
In the beginning, she was a cold, manipulative, power-mad seductress. Little has changed now that she’s sided with the X-Men. A powerful mutant, she has the confidence to wear lingerie while teaching a classroom full of 15-year-old boys. #3 Elektra

Greatest Moment: Breaking Matt Murdock’s heart in college, then dying in his arms years later.
Many bad girls have very evil motivations. Some lust for power, control or money. Elektra’s darkness comes from events outside her control. She’s the college sweetheart who took a wrong turn. One of Kingpin’s greatest assassins, she has repeatedly reformed (and died for it). No matter how good she may become, she’s done irreparable damage to Matt Murdock. Sure, she’s the one that went to the great hereafter, but Daredevil’s the one who suffered for it.

Greatest Moment: Marrying Batman and secretly having his child.
Bruce Wayne has had a lot of loves over the past seven decades, but none has had a greater and more long-lasting impact than Talia Al Ghul. Daughter of Batman’s toughest enemy, Ra’s Al Ghul, Talia bewitched the Dark Knight early on. Batman repeatedly struggled with his love for Talia and her faithfulness to her father. At one point, Bats married Talia and became part of Al Ghul’s organization. Talia has rarely done the right thing. She is bad to the bone.
