ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!?!?!? SERIOUSLY…..ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!? These were the words I was screaming at James last night. 2 IDOLS! 2 IDOLS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! WHY on earth would you not play ONE of them when you are this close to the finale? Made NO sense to me whatsoever! I was sooooooooooooooo mad at him for assuming he was safe. COME ON! Where have you been James…don’t you know this game is a trust no one game especially when you are this close? TRUST NO ONE! When IDW Publishing announced it would debut the official continuation of the Angel TV show with series mastermind Joss Whedon co-writing the story, fans of the show and of IDW’s previous Angel comic books went into a fever of anticipation. But now that the issue has hit the stands, the fever has not broken: Angel: After the Fall #1 has become IDW’s highest-charting comic book release ever, selling out its initial print run before the issue even hit the stores.
Presided over by Whedon, with a hand-picked creative team that includes scripter Brian Lynch and artist Franco Urro, the issue’s second printing (Diamond item code SEP07 8061), featuring an iconic photo of Angel himself, has nearly sold out as well, and a third printing is now on the way.
