chuckyI found this to be MUCH more enjoyable than the first. Chucky seemed a lot more fleshed out, however plastic he remained. It was much more brutal, violent, and vulgar, and though that may not be appealing to some, it’s definately true to it’s horror movie roots. The artistic style seems to have changed for the better, and the story feels like it was created by someone who hates everything (like on page 14 when the kid with the spiderman figure is purposefully drawn to appear totally idiotic).

Overall this had a much better flavor than the first comic which seemed to be story based. This one was more violent which (while not truly horrorfying) is what Chucky is: A slasher flick. But this time a comic. Or something.
