First off, let me just say this: I loved the mtv Aeon Flux animated series. The action and the style was awesome and was something I never saw before.
So, Me and Waldrip went and saw the movie staring Charlise Theron and I have to say that after I saw it, I felt Dirty.
I actually at times felt like getting up and walking out, but there was a sick curiosity about how much worse the movie would get.
I know that I don’t know how to make a movie, but I know that I could tell the lack of effort put into certain elements of the film.
The action of the film was one thing that was just ok. The fighting between the two Monikers ( I think I spelled that right ) was pretty good. But it looked like something I could see on a made for TV Movie.
I thought the killer grass was a good idea, and some of the weapons were cool.
I found myself trying really hard not to hate this movie, because I loved the cartoon…
But I couldn’t help it.
There was times that me and Waldrip looked at one another in disbelief at the shear stupidity that we were witnessing.
The highlight of the movie was when Waldrips brother walked in close to the end of the film, because we were amazed he talked his way in without paying for a ticket, LUCKY.
I will be ok, if I never see this film again.

Some have called him a savant, and for the most part we agree, he is a savant, of sorts.
