E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial hits the big screen one more time on its way to Blu-ray. Follow the trail of Reese’s Pieces for a fun filled trip down memory lane. This one day only event is taking place on Wednesday, October 3^rd at 2pm and 7pm in select theaters, and should prove to be a whole lot of fun.

I remember watching E.T. for the first time as a kid. By the end there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. So far this year I have returned to the theaters to see Jaws, Indiana Jones, and now I’ll most likely be sitting down to catch E.T. It appears I’m on a Steven Spielberg kick. It’s time we see a few more movies re-released on the big screen, how about Aliens or Blade Runner. I’d love to see the original Superman up there, or Tim Burton’s Batman, now that would be cool.
