For years I read Wizard Magazine every single month, cover to cover, and then one day they stopped printing it.
Since then I have found my comic book news like everyone else, either online or down at my favorite comic shop, but those venues have never filled the void Wizard left.
A few months back though, I noticed one of my go to websites www.bleedingcool.com was taking the leap into print. While the Bleeding Cool Magazine isn’t Wizard, I think it has the potential of being much better.
Toward the end Wizard had become bogged down with mainstream comics, its pages glutted with tie-ins and marketing. Bleeding Cool Magazine on the other hand is pure. It’s lovingly written by a team of true believers. Its worthy of a look, a read, a few bucks, a few minutes, it’s worth a try, don’t you think?
Let’s all show some support for this endeavor by ordering a copy from our friendly neighborhood comics retailer.
